Our message is resonating with legislators, businesses, unions and the general public because, we feel, it articulates a remarkably simple idea -------------------------------------------->

Actions we are taking:

• In October, we staged EANW’s inaugural Energy Summit, attended by energy leaders throughout the region.   

• We’re standing up – whenever and wherever we can – for much-needed energy and energy infrastructure projects all across the Northwest.

• We’re supporting infrastructure initiatives such as the House bill that recently specified $3.25 billion in borrowing authority for BPA.  In fact, this idea was born at the Energy Summit and will result in groundbreaking for a new 78-mile transmission line this spring.  

• Most recently, we took our message to Salem, meeting legislators door-to-door and providing the information they need to make critical and well-informed choices.
